- Carers ACT Incorporated - Holt
Services include: Carers provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends who have a disability, mental illness, chronic condition, terminal illness or who are frail-aged.
- Chronic Disease Self Management Courses
Services include: A six week health education program to improve patient skills in self managing their chronic disease. This course is FREE and it aims to provide patients with strategies to assist them in managing their long term condition in order to live a healthy life.
- City Health Centre - Alcohol & Drug Services
Services include: Diversion Services which aim to divert people apprehended for drug use or drug related offences from the judicial system into the health system. Counselling and Treatment Services (CTS) provide counselling, support, and a range of therapeutic/ educational groups.

- Continence Physiotherapy & Continence Promotion Centre
Services include: ACT Health offer management and advice on pelvic floor rehabilitation, bedwetting clinics, continence physiotherapy, bladder problems, faecal incontinence, continence services for men, bladder and bowel problems in children, self catheterisation and advise on continence products and aids. This service is free for ACT residents.

Services include: Free assessment and training to people of all ages who have lost some or all of their vision. Aids supplied to enhance independent access to community, vocational and education services include canes, electronic aids, guide dogs, adapted GPS. Services also include public education, access advice, and scanning programs for those who have lost vision due to stroke or Acquired Brain Injury. Training and equipment provided to individuals and agencies is all free if not covered by NDIS.
