- ACT Gambling Counselling and Support Service
Services include: The ACT Gambling Counselling and Support Service (AGCSS) is a free, anonymous and confidential service to individuals and their families and friends struggling with gambling issues.
- Dragons Abreast ACT
Services include: Dragon boat paddling group that encourages early detection and raises breast cancer awareness while getting fit and having fun in a supportive environment.
- DUO Services Australia Ltd - Veterans' Home Care (VHC) Program
Service include: Quality in-home support, domestic assistance, home and gardening maintenance, respite for our Veterans and War Widows/Widowers and their carers in the ACT under the the Commonwealth Government Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Program.
- GROW - ACT
Services include: GROW hold weekly 2-hour support groups for people suffering mental health issues or who are struggling with the challenges of life. It is a mutual self help based in friendship. It is free and open to all who desire personal growth in their lives in a structured small group setting.
- Guide Dogs NSW/ACT
Services include: Free assessment and training to people of all ages who have lost some or all of their vision. Aids supplied to enhance independent access to community, vocational and education services include canes, electronic aids, guide dogs, adapted GPS. Services also include public education, access advice, and scanning programs for those who have lost vision due to stroke or Acquired Brain Injury. Training and equipment provided to individuals and agencies is all free if not covered by NDIS.
- National Rural Health Alliance
Services include: The National Rural Health Alliance is Australia's peak non-government organisation for rural and remote health. Our vision is good health and wellbeing in rural and remote Australia.
New Canberra Hospital visiting hours
Visiting hours at Canberra Hospital have changed to 0600 to 2100, except for Mental Health and the Alcohol & Drug Service.
